Oops, Wrong Address?

Spotted a typo in your delivery address? Pop us an email at support@pepiroo.com with your order number and the correct details as soon as you can. If your parcel has already left us, we’ll do our best to help but changes may not be possible.

Where’s My Order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

1. Check your tracking info (if provided).

2. Double-check your address on your confirmation email.

3. Still nothing after 7 working days post-dispatch? Drop us a line at support@pepiroo.com and we’ll get on the case.

Most orders arrive duty-free. On the very very rare occasion customs charges apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient. Don’t worry — parcels are always clearly labelled to keep things moving.
